Hello All,

The coaches wanted to reach out regarding the decision to cancel practice tonight and Wednesday. They are concerned with the some girls being injured, or having tweaks or some have been sick. They want to give their bodies a break. Also Wednesday is Halloween and many of the girls want to enjoy the evening. Many of our girls are multiple sport athletes and they are taxing their bodies a bit much lately. Hopefully this small break helps them reboot a bit. Thank you!
